Terms and Conditions

1. All prices listed are exclusive of VAT, and are per 12 x 75cl bottle case unless otherwise stated. These prices are correct at time of printing, but Mary Pawle Wines reserves the right to adjust these prices if changes arise in the cost of goods, or with duty or currency fluctuations.
2. Payment shall be made on delivery, or where credit is offered, within 30 days of Invoice date.
3. Deliveries can be made throughout the Republic of Ireland, Delivery costs on application.
4. All goods should be inspected on delivery and any shortages or damage should be reported to Mary Pawle Wines within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
5. All goods shall remain the property of Mary Pawle Wines until such time as full payment has been made.
