Well here we are in 2012, and we hope that you have all enjoyed the holidays. We wish you all the very best for 2012. Happily the weather didn't hold us hostage this year and everyone seems to have had a chance to get out and about. Now though, its time to get back to the routine and the annual visit to Millesime Bio in Montpellier, France, is coming up on the 23/24/25 January. This International Wine Fair has been held for the past 19 years and is a showcase for Organic & Biodynamic wines only. It is a great opporunity for us to meet most of our producers and to taste the new vintages and catch up with all the news. It is also a very useful one-stop shop for seeking out new wines and dicussing latest trends with other importers from all over the globe. Now that December is here, please don't forget to get your orders in to us in plenty of time for Christmas & New Year celebrations. Thursday 24th November will see the 11th O'Donovans Wine Fair in Cork. This highly succesful, annual event will take place in The Clarion Hotel from about 4pm onwards until 9pm. We will be there once again offering you the opportunity to taste some of our range of wines that are currently available from O'Donovan's Off Licences. It always attracts a great crowd, and with admission at €10 it is a great value night out. This year the event is in aid if the Cork Simon Community. Hope we see you there!

We will be at table 23 at the Wines From Spain tasting next Monday 10th October in the Ballroom at The Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin, 11am-5pm. Don't miss it, it's a great opportunity to taste some great wines.

For the past 6 years we have been participating in the Wines from Spain tasting event in Dublin. This event is organised by The Economic & Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy together with the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade. This is a Trade & Professionals event and it will be held once again in The Shelbourne Hotel on Monday October 10th. We are delighted to announce that the organisers are also holding the Tasting in Cork for the first time, on Thursday 15th September at the Imperial Hotel. This will be a great opportunity for our many trade customers in the Munster area to come along and meet us and to sample the wonderful range of Spanish wines. Invitations will be sent out in advance of the Fair but please contact us if you haven’t received one and would like to attend. Please note once again that this Fair is specifically for members of the Trade.
